At this time we are unable to accept returns on made to order items and only offer exchanges that fall in our exchange terms and conditions. If you wish to do a one time exchange please email returns@evamarcus.com within 5 days of receiving your item. We will provide shipping instructions and must receive your item within 10 days of the date your item arrived. We are not responsible for packages and advise you to only ship using an insured carrier with tracking. Please note we reserve the right to not accept any items not returned in the same condition they were originally sent. All items must be returned in original packaging and unworn. Once your return is approved, your new item will go into production.

While we are not exclusively bridal, many brides choose our gowns and suits for their wedding and bridal events. With most bridal attire as well as the le blanc collection, we advise you to get items professionally altered to fit you perfectly. If you are unsure where to go for this, please email us with your order number and desired location and we are happy to send a list of prefered specialist in your chosen location.

With your made to order item, we are happy to provide second day, insured trackable worldwide shipping for a flat rate of $30. Your item may take between 4 - 8 weeks to produce after processed.
